As a Center that embraces the principles of the Body Ecology Diet TM by Donna Gates, the staff is knowledgeable and has personal experience with incorporating the principles into their own lifestyles. We offer that information to the client through the individual colon hydration appointments, BED Coaching sessions with Certified Body Ecologist Nancy Spahr, and ongoing educational classes.

We recognize that making diet changes that rebalance the inner ecosystem, and finding some of the “new” foods can be challenging, and time-consuming. Therefore, we offer the convenience of carrying the Body Ecology products and the supporting Superfoods mentioned in the book in our Center.

We are proud to carry many cultured foods, such as cultured vegetables, and Grainfield’s Probiotic Beverages. Anyone can benefit from these vitamin and mineral rich foods.
