My mother, Nancy Spahr, turned me on to Colon Hydrotherapy after she went through her own series of health problems many years ago. I was hesitant about it at first, but felt the instant relief. Unfortunately, I could not get them done on a regular basis as I was traveling around North America teaching Meditation. I was completely focused inward, thinking my own health problems would go away if I just focused on my spirituality and becoming pure of mind. After about 5 years of doing this, I realized something in my way of thinking was obviously not lining up. When I would come home to Indy for holidays or to visit, I would
get my colonics done and my mom would set me up on some kind of cleansing program (Candida, Parasites, Total Body). I started to notice that when I would cleanse physically, I seemed to cleanse mentally as well. My meditations would be clearer and I just felt better overall. So, after 6 or so years of traveling, I finally decided it was time to settle down again. I moved back to Indianapolis in October of 2006. I have always enjoyed helping my mom organize her business when I would visit and she offered me the opportunity to come work with her and help even more. The time I have spent learning about Nutrition, Colon Hydrotherapy and overall detoxification has been invaluable. I am learning that there is a balance between focusing on the mind and the body and that they actually go hand in hand. The space we have created here is unlike anything else in the country. I feel truly blessed that I have this opportunity every day to witness people transforming their health and their lives and in turn showing others out there that they can change too. My name is Kathryn Niles I have lived in Indianapolis Indiana for the last five years. I have always been interested in nutrition and healthy lifestyle and pursued information in a very informal way.
Last year I received my certificate to practice massage therapy from IUPUI. Upon completing the course I found myself wanting to know more about the human body, and the roles nutrition and digestion played in obtaining optimal health.
I had been a client at Cleansing Waters for a number of years and knew the benefits of colon hydrotherapy. I joined the staff in January and it has been a wonderful opportunity for me to learn how to achieve and maintain optimal health. As a colon hydrotherapist I have also had the privilege of helping others restore their health and vitality.

My name is Lerna Goins, I am the mother of four wonderful little girls for whom I educate myself at every opportunity so as to improve their lives. I am so grateful, as a Colon Hydrotherapist here at Cleansing Waters, to be able to share the benefits of colon hydrotherapy which impact everyone positively.
Unfortunately, my life has recently been devastated by the loss of my beautiful husband, David. It was shortly after this loss that I joined Cleansing Waters as a Colon Hydrotherapist under the tutelage of Nancy Spahr.
David and I had understood for several years the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including eating organic food and exercising. We came to this understanding on our own, without help from the established medical community. However, we did not fully understand the importance of cleansing our body of toxins. Cleansing the body of toxins is something that the physicians have no knowledge of and therefore cannot share with anyone. It is this valuable link to good health, that if shared with us in time, would have saved my husband.
Maintaining good health entails layers of good practices. Here at Cleansing Waters, I am really excited to share the invaluable knowledge that will help people achieve the best health possible.
I have made it my mission to share this information with everyone because I am so full of regret. I was waiting for David to recuperate sufficiently from pneumonia at the hospital to bring him here to Nancy to begin cleansing. Before we were able, David succumbed to pneumonia and I lost the love of my life and the father of my children.
It will be a beautiful world as we all learn how to take control of our health and the health of our loved ones.

Over 15 years ago, while vacationing in Hawaii,
I had my first colonic and my journey to a healthier life began. While on this journey, I found Cleansing Waters. It is said when the student is ready - the teacher will appear, so maybe Cleansing Waters found me.
I find working at Cleansing Waters gives me the opportunity to use all my gifts and skills as an Energy Clearer, Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, to assist our clients in their personal journey for wellness.
What Nancy has created is truly unique. It is a joy to be a part of the healthy transformation of our clients, and I am honored to be a part of this wonderful team that is dedicated to the whole mind-body-spirit connection of wellness.

I am married with 2 daughters residing in Fishers. Approximately 13 years ago, after suffering from countless sinus infections without any relief from antibiotics, I consulted an Herbal/Natural Health Practitioner. I experienced my first parasite cleanse and following that I didn't suffer with my sinuses for about 3 years. Since then my health has continued to improve. After much research and many more cleanses, my passion and dedication for health has led me to colon cleansing and Cleansing Waters. My name is Angela Katny and I joined Cleansing Waters as a Colon Hydrotherapist in June of 2008. I became a student of Holistic Medicine formally in January of 2008, but my own personal journey began a few years back. Two years ago I was frustrated and confused with the chronic fatigue, migraine headaches, moodiness & general lack of well being I was experiencing daily. It was distressing to me that I was experiencing these kinds of symptoms at such a young age. I began seeking alternative therapies to improve my health
as I knew that prescription drugs were not the answer and would never offer a cure. I began reading countless books & researching information that would help me better understand proper nutrition & cleansing the body of toxins. I came across the book "21 Pounds in 21 Days" in April 2007. This was a major turning point in my life. I completed the three week detoxification program & also experienced my first series of colonics. I was amazed with the results. I no longer suffered from migraine headaches or experienced the aches & pains I was so accustomed to. I was able to release toxic emotions I had held on to for far too long and also experienced a spiritual connection I had never known before. I dove deeper into cleansing/detoxification combined with dietary adjustments & came to the realization that our bodies were designed for self healing. With proper nourishment, cleansing & the restoration of balance in our physical, mental & spiritual bodies we can achieve true health.
As a student I knew that I wanted to focus on nutrition & detoxification & work with clients on a personal level.
